In charge in making weekly incentive request and monthly incentive request submitted to HR head
Resolve and address issues concerning production
Check production schedule in daily basis and plan for a meeting with line leader, QC head, QA, maintenance, cutting head for change‐up plan (includes new items and repeated items that runs first in sewing line)
Study group productivity/bottleneck analysis
Make OT plan with line leaders based from checking of parts output in the half day
Attend and resolve productivity & quality issue of the sewing line immediately
Review production output to monitor improvement
Prepare monthly evaluation of assembler/sewers and submit to HR
Upload finished goods confirmations based on target production orders in SAP
Perform other assigned tasks from time to time
Comply with company rules and regulations

College graduate, any related course
With 6 months to 1 year work experience

Duties and functions:

Implement company policies and procedure
Recruit/hire employees in relation with their skills
Impose disciplinary action according to company rules and regulation
Post hiring and prepare competence requirements and orientations of applicants
Assist co‐employees in filing application for FAB ID, ATM and other government requirements
Act as representative of the company in the absence of the HR officer
Handle and control employment contract (regular, contractual & DTS)
Coordinate with government agencies (FAB, SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG fund, BIR, DENR, PDEA and FED) for legal aspect requirement
Monitor VISA renewal of Korean staff
Prepare and file ISO documentation including personnel requisition form, training request, actual training plan & analysis, employees competence log and position competence requirements
Prepare monthly report to AFAB Labor (Master list of employees and list of hired/displace manpower)
Timekeeping and payroll preparation
Check and monitor daily attendance report
Monitor behavioral and absent reports
Request and prepare monthly incentive (birthdays, production incentive, perfect attendance)
Make and book flight reservations for the Korean managers
Perform other assigned tasks from time to time
Comply with company rules and regulations
