Duties and Functions:
  • Create and modify 2D and 3D drawings for structural and architectural elements, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Ensure drawings meet project requirements, design specifications, and regulatory codes
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to optimize designs for structural integrity and aesthetic appeal
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, architects, and MEP engineers, to ensure design accuracy and coordination
  • Review and incorporate markups and revisions as required by project teams
  • Assist in clash detection and resolution using BIM (Building Information Modeling) software, where applicable
  • Conduct self‐checks and peer reviews to ensure the accuracy of CAD drawing
  • Maintain compliance with company CAD standards, project specifications, and local building regulations
  • Ensure consistency and standardization in drafting methods and file organization
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, and other CAD tools for efficient design documentation
  • Stay updated with industry advancements in CAD and digital construction techniques
  • Support the implementation of 3D modeling and visualization tools in project workflows
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
