(30) Customer Service Representative
  • College graduate
  • With 1 to 2 years work experience in customer service or handling of international clients
  • Knowledgeable of basic computer operations (MS Office).
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries through the use of online media/phone.
  • Assess individual issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure that customer's needs are met.
  • Coordinate with other teams based in different locations that share similar objectives.
  • Understand standard operating procedures and delivers service that is according to the quality standards set by the company.
  • Escalate system anomalies and general issues faced by customers to the relevant party.
  • Request for information at the start and end process through live chat, outbound calls, emails, and other authorized communication tools such as MSN, Skype, and Yahoo Messenger.
  • Follow up on unresolved inquiries through emails or phone calls.
  • Coordinate with payment team regarding customers pending cases such as deposit and withdrawal transactions.
  • Complete logs, records, and daily shift reports.
  • Performs other functions and special projects as assigned.

(2) Risk Supervisor
  • College graduate, BS Business Administration
  • With 1 to 2 years work experience in supervisory level
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
  • With performance management skills
  • Numerate and competent user of Microsoft office suite
  • Experienced in conducting research on data
  • Must be able to identify key points on any issue and translate these into clear, succinct messages
  • With planning and organizational skills
  • Must be able to understand basics of information technology
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and implementing an overall risk management process for the system.
  • Identify current and potential risk using the readily available data and features in the system.
  • Perform a risk assessment: analyzing current risks and potential risk.
  • React to the dynamics of the system swiftly and handling events to minimalize risk.
  • Report and explain risk assessment and analysis to risk manager.
  • Educate team members regarding current and potential risk.
  • Guide team members through the risk management process and ensure it is carried out accordingly.
  • Conduct checks to ensure the effectiveness of the risk management process.
  • Build risk awareness amongst team member by providing support and training.
  • Analyze cost of the risk if an event occurred.

  • College graduate, BS Marketing Management or any related course
  • With 1 to 3 years work experience as sales account executive or similar role and strong marketing background
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills

  • Knowledgeable in end-to-end market research, business development, B2C sales and marketing
  • Knowledgeable in lead generation and sales mapping
  • Social media and marketing savvy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Experience in BPO industry is an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Find business opportunities, contacts potential clients, closes sales and builds new client base
  • Create and execute brand strategies for company products and services
  • Conceptualization and development of consumer programs
  • Development of above-the-line and below-the-line communication efforts to drive brand awareness and brand equity and help in the achievement of the desired business results
  • Study, analyze market trends, market needs and target market's spending habits & opportunities and develops new markets
  • Analysis of industry and competitive data and know how they will impact marketing programs to effectively compete in the marketplace
  • Business performance/results metrics and monitoring and how it impacts the company business

(2) Web Designer
  • Male
  • College graduate, BS Information Technology Major in Web and Design, Computer Science, Marketing or any related course
  • With 1 to 2 years work experience in marketing, communications, social media, or related
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate skills in graphic design, social media, graphics animation, and motion design is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google suites, adobe suites including Adobe Photoshop and adobe illustrator
  • Good in developing video assets using Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve or similar applications
  • Proficient in using social sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, and their respective analytics
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, troubleshoot creative challenges, and deliver on schedule
  • With good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and competitors along with experimenting with new features, and optimize company’s channels
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for search and user experience for all content channels, including social media, mobile, video, and especially short-form content
  • Managing projects from start to finish, providing creative ideas and design for new features and new products
  • Design marketing assets across all channels – website, email, social media, ads, etc. According to brand
  • Create social teasers, input music, graphics, and effects to existing videos
  • Partnering with social, marketing, and design teams to brainstorm and storyboard video concepts
  • Optimize YouTube and Facebook videos with catchy titles, proper tags, cover photos, etc.

(2) Risk Team Leader
  • College graduate, BS Information Technology
  • With 1 to 3 years work experience as R&C Team Leader and in online games settings
  • Knowledgeable in KYC, AML, Euro Payment and proficient in MS Excel
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules and weekends
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide risk and compliance to the company’s daily operation;
  • Execute governance to the internal system in order to detect and prevent any fraudulent financial transactions that might causes financial losses to the company/ customers;
  • Execute R&C Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) accordingly, conduct risk assessment, audit review, monitoring and solve any compliance/ security problems;
  • Maintain proper and systematic documentation of R&C related reports.
  • Assist in improving R&C SOP and investigation methods, implement required changes to minimize risks and enhance the internal control.
  • Contribute to training and development to the team, providing advice, guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of the team.
  • Conduct KYC procedures on the customers to assess and monitor customer risks.
  • Understand and adhere to KYC policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate customer identification program to verify the customers and avoid and criminal risks.
  • Assist customer service team on KYC inquiries and guidelines in order to minimize customer risks and maximize customer satisfaction.
