With sound understanding of design principles, including color theory, composition, typography, and layout

Duties and Functions:

Develop and execute innovative and aesthetically appealing designs for a wide range of materials, including but not limited to advertisements, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website elements, product packaging, and other promotional materials
Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to maintain and strengthen our brand identity consistently across all design assets
Translate creative briefs and ideas into effective visual concepts that communicate the desired message and evoke the intended emotions
Utilize industry‐standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to edit and enhance images for use in various projects
Create compelling layouts and typography compositions that ensure readability and visual appeal in both print and digital media
Work closely with cross‐functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with project goals
Conduct thorough reviews of design materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to improve and bring fresh ideas to the design process continuously

(4) VIDEO EDITOR

College graduate, BS Multimedia, Cinematography or any related course
With 1 to 2 years work experience as video editor
With solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, LightWorks, Premier, After Effects and Final Cut)
With demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
With thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
With creative mind and storytelling skills
Willing to be assigned and work on‐site at Parang, Bagac, Bataan

Duties and functions:

Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
Take a brief to grasp production team needs and specifications
Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
Create rough and final cuts
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Consult with stakeholders from production to post‐production process
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency

With excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
With excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Duties and functions:

Write clear, concise and persuasive English content for different materials (including websites, promotions, campaigns, announcements, social media content, video content, etc.)
Interpret copy‐writing briefs to understand project requirements
Produce error‐free content that adheres to the brand’s style guidelines
Collaborate with designers, marketing and other departments to produce a variety of content materials
Proofread and edit copy required by the department
Revise copy based on project owners’ feedback
Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines

(1) DATA PROCESSING STAFF

College graduate, BS Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration or any related course
With 1 to 2 years work experience
With prior experience in data entry, marketing and advertising, and analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook insights) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), and familiarity with CRM systems and data management software
With strong analytical skills with an ability to identify trends and anomalies in complex data sets

Assist the interior designer during staging and closeout stages to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout project installation
