• Male
• High school graduate or college level
• With at least 1 year previous experience in similar role
• Physically fit to work
• With basic maintenance skills
• Willing to do housekeeping / general cleaning / garbage collection & disposal
• With pleasing personality
• Must be willing to work in Mariveles, Bataan

Duties and Functions:

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance such as cleaning floors/walls, mopping, vacuuming, wiping, washing, etc.
• Keep building clean and orderly condition
• Operate and store appropriate cleaning tools and basic equipment such as vacuums, etc.
• Report equipment malfunctions
• Notify the management of inspected minor and major repairs in the facilities
• Collect and dispose trash
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

(1) Customer Service Officer / Manager

• College graduate
• Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or any related field
• With at least 3 to 4 years work experience as senior supervisor or officer level in a retail and/or online shopping industry
• Can lead and supervise a team
• Computer literate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with consumer goods and appliances

Duties and Functions:

• Supervise and manage the customer service team to provide the highest standards of customer service and ensuring that all company policies are followed
• Keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations
• Additional tasks comprise of handling customer inquiries and resolving customer problems
