Locate sewers to operation
Check operators with frequent absences and have them interviewed personally thru line leader
Responsible in line monitoring, production line input and output
Responsible in coordinating with other department with regards to supplies and services needed by the production line
Responsible in planning of production workflows for particular item based on production and shipment schedule
Prepare daily low productivity report if sewing line encountered productivity below 85%
Coordinate overtime plan of sewing line to sewing line leader/supervisor
Prepare various reports every first day of the week and month such as following;

• weekly projection / weekly actual report
• monthly projection target
• sewing line balances
• line performance rating
NOTE: discuss to line leader and supervisor for confirmation then submit to PPC department head for his approval

Report all issues and concerns to supplies by the production line to PPC department head
Monitor stocks of each part of the item running in sewing line
Assure that the shipment schedule in line is still on track and can finish before shipment date
Encode the hourly output of each sewer per operation
Everyday report regarding part by part output and analysis based on the flow of the production
Perform other functions which from time to time shall be required by immediate superior
Follow company rules and regulations
