Monitor direction of storage of oil products as well as quality of oil products in each of the storage tanks for proper segregation;
Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished goods thru visual and olfactory inspection and sample testing for daily production report and for appropriate product blending;
Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents and regularly calibrates laboratory-measuring equipment;
Do monthly inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment and maintain par stock level;
Conduct sample test on the sample from the load out and prepare certificate of analysis for delivery purposes;
Assist in the preparation of technical studies and reports as instructed;
In-charge in GMP/HACCP compliances and monitoring;
Handle good housekeeping and safety of quality control office; and
Perform machine/equipment cleaning and calibration of machine and equipment within QC lab.
