Receive and counter check invoices and delivery receipts from suppliers, and forward to accounting department for payment processing;
Maintain procurement records, such as purchased items or services, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories;
Submit and maintain various reports for monitoring of all purchases; and
Conduct monthly supplier evaluation performance.

Set machine according to customer’s specifications;
Clean, regularly check, and maintain machine’s working condition;
Operate machine according to machine’s specification and give careful consideration to safety measures;
Clean and lubricate machines and equipment;
Report machine trouble to maintenance department;
Signal co-workers to facilitate movement of products and processes;
Mark or tag identification on parts;
Observe operation and notifies machine operator for malfunctions;
Place or position partially cut products for further processing, manually or using hand lifts;
Remove products, machine attachments, trimmings and or waste material away from machine to prevent possible damage;
Record data and fill out job order form;
Regularly clean working area of dust, foreign substances, and metal that may cause damage to machines;
Transport finished boards to assembly section;
Apply glue to board, assemble boxes, paper pallets, dunnage, and other product models according to customer specifications and give careful consideration to quantity and quality standard set for production department;
Assemble both finished products and the pieces or parts that go into them;
Read and examine detailed job order or manufacturing drawing that show process in assembling products;
Perform own quality inspection on products assembled by frequency to detect and prevent rejections at an early stage;
Perform any of the specific functions in assembly, stripping, gluing, and paper pallet sections;
Request, store, safe keep, and monitor supplies from incoming warehouse following procedures on production supplies requisition;
Clean working area of dust, debris, foreign substances that may contaminate or cause damage to product; and
Transport finished products to warehouse department (finished goods section) for checking and delivery.

Assist immediate superior in all aspects of delivery activities;
Safely and correctly load and unload items;
Ensure correct and complete delivery documentations;

Assist immediate superior in the execution of preventive maintenance requirements;
