Monitor and request purchase of all technical items required to maintain the facilities, and equipment assets of the terminal;
Recommend designs and specifications for civil works, mechanical equipment modifications and recommendations for improvement;
Supervise the proper operation and maintenance of the workshop and ensure that implementation of cleanliness, orderliness, safety, handling and preservation/store of materials are conforming to the established procedures and standards set by SNPSI;
Monitor implementation of SOP of all equipment and machineries;
Monitor the proper implementation of procedures of the warehouse stores;
Attend to personnel supervision – performance evaluation;
Supervise that guidelines in accomplishing construction, civil, mechanical repair and maintenance works are
in accordance with the approved modifications, specifications and procedures;
Ensure strict compliance and implementation of the occupational safety, health and environment policy and security management system within areas under control;
Undertake civil, structural, technical and feasibility studies including site investigations;
Make sure that project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety policies of the company; and
Perform other related functions as assigned by the immediate superior.
