Perform inspection and preventive maintenance on the truck, keep the exterior and interior and associated equipment of the truck clean and tidy at any given time
Inspect truck before and after trips and submit report on truck conditions such as defects, accidents or violations encountered immediately to superior for immediate action
Make sure that truck is equipped with safety equipment such as hazardous materials, placards, early warning devices, etc.
Service truck with oil, fuel, and radiator fluid to maintain good condition of the tractor-trailer
Plan and chart delivery routes based on waybill/delivery documents to save time and fuel
Ensure that cargo/product is secured properly compliant to safety requirements
Drive truck to weighing station before and after loading and along route to document weight; maintain driver’s log according to our company regulations
Maneuver truck into loading and unloading position following signals from loading crew as needed for proper loading and unloading; assist in loading and unloading of products
Ensure customer acknowledge the delivery by obtaining their signatures in the delivery receipts

Analyze processes and special samples brought to the laboratory based on established procedures;
Conduct water sample analysis (raw water, filtered water, pure water, soft water, and RO water) on a daily basis to ensure that they are within the standards to prevent pipe clogging;
Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents and regularly calibrates laboratory measuring equipment;
Conduct sample test on the sample from the load out and prepare certificate of analysis for delivery purposes;
Recommend improvement in the work areas, observe safety and proper housekeeping in the work area;

Duties and functions:

Operate pouch machine in accordance with specified standards;
Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed;
Analyze machine operations and output if applicable;
Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards;
Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product;
Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature;
Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material;
Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products;
Verify and adjust product weight or measurement to meet specifications;
Count and record finished and rejected packaged items;
Ensure safe operating environment and compliance with safety rules and operating procedures within the area of responsibility;
Assure finished product quality by coordinating with quality control analyst regarding the withdrawal of oil to be packed and quality of pouch material;
