Duties and Functions:

Installation and commission processes, equipment, technical management and project construction management of soft water, demineralized water, water purification and wastewater for the whole plant
Perform inspections of the company's water system to eliminate water violations and water waste
Prepare water supply balance plans, participate in technical and economic index assessment programs, standardized operation specifications, and management system formulation and revision
Prepare analysis reports on technical and economic indicators of the profession, analyze process abnormalities and process indicator differences, and propose improvement plans and supervise their implementation

Duties and Functions:

Responsible for judging and analyzing the causes of electrical faults and having the ability to handle electrical faults independently
Responsible for the management of high and low voltage power supply and distribution facilities in the rolling mill
Responsible for the analysis of equipment malfunction and the implementation of rectification
Responsible for working with the equipment supervisor to develop daily maintenance project arrangements, planned maintenance project combing and regular work project implementation
Responsible for equipment, spare parts ledger and material plan combing

Cooperate with the equipment supervisor to prepare annual, quarterly and monthly maintenance plans for equipment, equipment maintenance procedures and other documents
Direct maintenance workshops to complete mechanical equipment overhauls
Cooperate with equipment supervisor to develop equipment renewal and renovation plan to improve the defects left by original design and construction and be responsible for engineering supervision

Responsible for bar product quality objection handling and adjustment in conjunction with product quality requirements
Responsible for the improvement of key indicators such as bar production yield rate, cut-to-length rate and pass rate

With rich experience in environmental outreach and strong communication and coordination skills
With strong experience in site management and strong ability to prepare specifications and standards, etc.

Organize inspection and analysis of equipment breaks down, propose treatment opinions and measures and organize their implementation
Responsible for the refurbishment of equipment and renewal plans to improve the defects left by the original design and construction, and responsible for engineering supervision
