Duties and functions:

Process transactions, issuing checks, invoices, BDO dollar conversion, and fund‐ in
Support budgeting and book keeping procedures (monitoring and reporting of revolving fund)
Bank reconciliation based from the revolving fund and other financial reports
Prepare and submit payroll, revolving fund and other financial reports
Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
Ensure payments, amounts and records are correct
Monitor daily emails, billings and answering any queries
Liaise with third party providers, clients, and suppliers via phone, email, Skype /
Viber and in‐person about invoices, and payments
Track and ensure renewals of leases, and contracts
Process government regulatory requirements such as BIR, AFAB, etc
Process and pay the government mandatories such as contributions, taxes, income tax holiday, etc
Update payment trackings
Deposit checks to the bank, submit AC payee checks to the supplier or purchase any other items related to office requirement

Duties and Functions:

Update computer systems, computer networks, and any IT troubleshooting
Serve as technical support & resolve business or any IT related
Monitor, report and coordinate any IT related problems to GICC such as network errors, electrical, etc.
Monitor system, hardware performance and software components in operation
Repair, replace damaged hardware, install new hardware and software components
Continue personal professional development
Repair security threats management/cybersecurity
Collect data, analyze, and report to the admin department & superiors
Liaise with country rep, head of operation, and manager to handleIT related requests and queries
Conduct regular cleaning of computer hardware’s to all departments
Canvas, buy, request items or materials needed for the operation computers
Answer queries, calls, emails related to IT
Submit the daily task report, checklists, and accomplishments to the admin manager / heads and any issues related to IT
Research further information about prospective new software and hardware
Provide technical support and solve problems
