Duties And Functions:

Handle customer complaints, advises concern person and/or management and check that it was addressed well
Handles physical count of inventory and reports data to inventory assistant

(1) Truck Driver

Duties and functions:

Inspect the assigned delivery truck if in good condition to travel
Transport the goods from the warehouse to the delivery site in a safe and timely manner
Make sure that correct items are loaded in the truck and complete delivery receipts are handed over before leaving the warehouse;
Oversee the unloading of materials in the delivery site and check that it is accurate
Check delivery receipts if complete and signed by the customer before leaving the delivery site

(5) Truck Helper

Male
Vocational course
With at least 6 months work experience as a truck helper
Has a strong physical strength and stamina to carry and lift heavy items
Ability to travel regularly
Good knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations

Duties And Functions:

Load the inventory items in the assigned delivery truck;
Make sure that loaded materials are placed in an efficient manner wherein unloading would be faster;
Make sure that items are correctly loaded based on the route of delivery schedule;
Unload inventory items in the delivery site in a proper and safe manner;
Receive the signed delivery receipt from customer.
