Ensure all insulation work meet the requirement of specification, drawing or code;
Prepared daily report and submit it to the interested person;
Prepared the QVR after inspection as required in the ITP and specification.

Duties and Functions:

Make sure all documents are available such as WPS and welder qualification ID prior to the commencement of welding work
Monitoring the site work prior to welding work make sure all the surface preparation work is done
Perform inspection according to the approved ITP during site welding work
Prepare all required QVR such as VT report and sign off the fit up report
Make daily report including quality concern and submit it to the concerned person.
Follow up issues and quality concerns in the daily report
Follow up all PWHT and NDE, make sure all the PWHT and NDE are done according to the specification and code
