Knowledge of Lean tools (VSM, Spaghetti Diagram, VA/NVA, Capacity chart, SPC, 8D), Time and Motion study, AutoCAD, Project Management and EER (Equipment Efficiency Ratio)
Ability to propose new solutions and to innovate in a continuous improvement approach
Strong organization and planning skills along with the ability to multi-task
Analytical and with good problem solving skills
Proactive, goal and results oriented
Proficiency in MS Applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
Good working knowledge of English communication, spoken and written
Not required but an advantage:
- At least 2 years experience as Methods/Industrial Engineer in lean manufacturing

Maintenance Supervisor

Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Basic knowledge on fabrication, repairs and maintenance of industrial equipment
Basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good working knowledge of English (read, write, speak with ease)
Customer Focused & Action and Results oriented
Analytical and a good problem solver, a team player and handles work pressure
Preferably with 3 to 5 years of experience in preventive maintenance, repairs and fabrication.

In-House Process Engineer

College graduate preferably of an Engineering course
Adept with functional and technical skills in process management
Equipped with quality tools
Analytical and with good decision making ability
Action and results oriented and can handle work pressure
With good communication skills, oral and written
Computer literate
Not required but an advantage:
- Licensed Chemical Engineer
- At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing firm

Executive Assistant

Graduate of Office Administration or any other similar course
Fluent in the English language and with good writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Organized, with intellectual rigor and good discretion
Self-disciplined, with integrity, trustworthy and strictly observes confidentiality
A team worker, with good interpersonal skills and projects a strong sense of warm welcome
Great availability as well as out of the working hours by phone is very much essential
