Duties and Functions:

Conduct audit fieldwork as required for assigned clients, both for local and out‐of‐town assignments
Prepare management reports for internal audit clients and year‐end management reports for external audit clients
Submit management reports along with service billing/retainer fees to assigned clients
Follow up and collect retainer fees from assigned clients and issue corresponding service invoices
Discuss the management report with audit clients regarding matters presented and reported
Prepare regular financial statements (monthly/quarterly) for assigned clients, including AFS (Audited Financial Statements) for loan purposes required by banks and financial institutions
Compile reports properly, using a binder and separate supporting working papers file
Review audit working papers of assisting auditor’s during audit fieldwork and submit them to the office supervisor for checking and compilation
Perform other duties as may be required by management
