• Check construction of parts and their compliance to sewing standard and specification
• Obtain and inspect sample per part and give comments before QA validate
• Record good / defective parts found in the line within their inspection/repair report form per hourly base and submit such form daily to quality clerk
• Record the nature and quantity for solved and unsolved defects
• Secure for complete signatories before submission of the said inspection report to quality clerk
• Report to QC in-charge or QC head any problem concerning quality
• Separate defective parts from the good one
• Attached inspection tag to identify good and reject
• Endorse to sewer or to line leader the defective parts for repair
• Attend meetings/review meetings for new item that will run in the sewing line and other issues regarding quality
• Monitor inspection quantity match with operator output and record on output board
• Report balance, repair and conduct inventory
• Report all accomplishment, issues and concerns to the QC/QA head
