Duties and functions:

Conduct field work

Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for efficient document management and retrieval
Assist in drafting and proofreading of documents, presentations and reports with attention to detail and accuracy
Coordinate travel arrangements for team members including booking of flights, accommodations and transportation
Provide general administrative support including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries and greeting visitors
Support other AD‐HOC administrative tasks as needed and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office

In charge of processing FIV for investors to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
Facilitate timely submission of compliance documents to AFAB and other government agencies to maintain a well‐organized record of all submissions for easy retrieval and reference
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the completion and accuracy of documents, follow guidelines and legal requirements set by AFAB and other regulatory bodies
Perform other assigned administrative tasks

Primary point of contact with all activities related to investors, project management and schedules, work plans and deliverable reviews
Collaborate with internal and external resources to draft agenda and supporting materials and help manage investors schedules
Facilitate presentation development and finalization of standard protocol and procedures.
Review process post‐events to determine necessary improvements for future
Work with operations team to develop appropriate presentation material
Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments and developments
