Conduct roving inspection of sewers’ output per operator; check the construction of parts and ensure compliance with sewing standards and specification
Record good and defective parts found in the line using the inspection/repair report form on an hourly basis, and submit the form daily to the Quality Clerk.
Recording should include the nature and quantity of solved and unsolved defects. Secure complete signatories before submission
Report any quality‐related problems to the QC In‐Charge or QC Head
Separate defective parts from good ones and attach inspection tags to identify accepted and rejected items
Endorse defective parts to the sewer or line leader for repair
