Duties and Functions:
Responsible for the over-all planning, developing, and leading the sales and marketing department to ensure effective and efficient implementation of various sales and marketing strategies and programs approved by the management.
Lead the department in planning and developing marketing strategies and programs that will strengthen brand recognition and position.
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Conducts and evaluates market research and study and adjusts marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Represents the company in different related events, associations, and programs
Prepare all relevant reports and presents to executive management
Perform other sales and marketing functions as needed by the management
