(1) EHS Engineer

Not required but an advantage:

Duties and Functions:

Ensure the efficient planning and implementation of waste management, chemical safety management, contractor's safety management, equipment safety and HIRAC for the company
Supervises cost-saving initiatives on energy, waiter and other activities involving EHS

(2) Electro-Mechanical Technicians

Male/Female
18 years old and above
Graduate of two (2) years vocational course preferably with an Engineering background
With at least 2 years of work experience as electro-mechanical technician (control trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and repairs of production equipment) in a manufacturing set-up
With basic hands-on knowledge in electrical, motor controls, fabrication and welding
With background in PLC and automation
With basic knowledge in computer operation
With good communication skills, analytical and team player
Responsible, organized, disciplined and can handle work pressure

Duties and Functions:

Ensure that all electro-mechanical and fully automated equipment satisfy all process requirements and are compliant to standards on human and environmental safety
Contribute to the achievement of defined maintenance KPIS

(2) HVAC Technician (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician)

Male/Female
18 years old and above
Graduate of a 2-year vocational course in refrigeration and air-conditioning
With minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair of HVAC in a manufacturing set-up
With basic gas and arc welding skills
Computer literate
With good communication skills, analytical and a team player
Responsible, organized, disciplined and can handle work pressure

Duties and Functions:

Ensure operation and maintenance of all HVAC installations (refrigeration, air-conditioning, chillers, exhaust units, cooling towers) and stand-by generator
Perform preventive maintenance works of company facilities

(1) Production Senior Supervisor for Semi-Finished Workshop

Male/Female
18 years old and above
College graduate preferably of Engineering course
With minimum of 3 years work experience in a manufacturing set-up
With good communication skills, oral and written
With strong leadership and decision making ability
Wit analytical, a team player and can handle work pressure
Not required but an advantage
Knowledgeable in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, problem solving tools, 7 QC tools, ISO/OHSAS/EMS

Duties and Functions:

Ensure the realization of the workshop's production program and its day to day management
Develop the skills of shift supervisors and operators
Lead the continuous improvement in the workshop

(1) Production Shift Supervisor

Male/Female
18 years old and above
College graduate preferably of Engineering Course
With at least 2 years work experience in a manufacturing set-up
With solid technical knowledge on process and equipment
With ability to solve problems and technical issues
With good communication skills, oral and written
With basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
With strong leadership and decision making ability, analytical, team player and can handle work pressure
