Duties and Responsibilities:

A friendly and helpful manner
Highly skilled in greeting visitors
Hands-on experience in giving information to visitors and answering their questions
Demonstrated ability to deal with phone and email inquiries
Expert user of MS Word, Excel, and front desk software applications
Computer fluency

(2) Culinary Chef

A minimum of 3 years experience in the food industry
With Diploma/Certification in a Culinary discipline asset
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Duties and Responsibilities:

(1) Pastry Chef

A minimum of 3 years experience in the food industry
With Diploma/Certification in a Culinary discipline asset
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Duties and Responsibilities:

To consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
To work closely with the kitchen leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen through effective communication and organization
To order, check, plan, execute and ensure the freshness of products
To communicate and coordinate all dessert specials with the Exec Chef
To ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate and inventories are sufficient
To maintain professional relationship with colleagues
To have full knowledge of all menu items
To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and maintenance of all work areas
To follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Reports any hazards, risks, and accidents as required

(1) Barista

Ability to use basic math skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to understand and follow instructions, and ability to read, retain and comprehend guidelines, policies and procedures applicable to the position
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as within a large team

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide high quality customer service in accordance with out Company's customer service standards and policies and procedures
Greet and engage customers, creating a welcoming experience while taking beverage and food orders
Provide courteous, friendly and efficient customer service
Multi-task and maintain calm during peak times
Develop and communicate knowledge of coffees, espresso beverages, iced and blended beverages, food offerings, promotional products and limited time offers
Comply with established weight and measures, health and sanitation, and safety policies, practices, procedures and guidelines
Operate electronic cash register, receive final payment from customer (cash/credit or debit card) and accurately make proper change
Maintain cleanliness of coffee service area of the store
Set up and maintain displays in coffee area according to established guidelines and procedures
Replace stock in preparation area from supply area
Adhere to uniform and grooming policy as defined within company policy

(3) Service Crew

Education: High school diploma
Ability to communicate in more than one language
Ability to operate soda machines, microwaves, fryers, and other equipment used in the kitchen
Ability to recommend meals for minors, side orders and deals to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Ability to work under pressure and remain composed even during those rush hours
Possess high organization skill to ensure smooth and timely order delivery and bill processing
Possess top line information regarding approved hygiene policy and standards
Willingness to provide needed help to kitchen staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

Take orders from customers and present them as requested
Process bills for the customer and also issue them receipts
Help with outdoor delivery or with food preparation at the kitchen, depending on what is required at any particular time
Pack foods ordered by customers and serve them in the most efficient manner
Set the table in an orderly manner before customers show up
Get tables cleaned once customers are through with their dining
Provide helpful answers to queries or questions preferred by customers
Furnish customers with helpful information regarding service time and special deal offers
