Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor – Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years related experience or a related diploma with at least 15 years’ experience in coal fired Power Plant boiler construction
• Must have experience in power plant boiler construction
• Must be experienced in the use of personal computers and business software particularly scheduling software
• Ability to read and implement structural diagrams, schematics, mechanical drawings, and process diagrams
• Must have project management skills and team leadership skills to direct diverse work groups, including AES and contractors
• Must have above average oral and written communication skills

(1) Turbine Construction Supervisor

• Male/Female

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor – Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years related experience or a related diploma with at least 20 years’ experience in turbine construction of super critical coal fired Power Plant working knowledge and understanding of the following areas:
  • The condensing steam turbine
  • Multiple steam trip valves, remotely operated
  • Multiple inlet control valves
  • Lubricating oil system
  • Control oil system
  • Steam seal system
  • Hydrogen-water cooled generator with static excitation
  • Generator seal oil system
  • Steam turbine control and monitoring system
  • Turbine condition monitoring and management system
  • Bearing metal temperature monitoring system (implemented in the TCS)
  • Automatic stop valve seat drain valves
  • Automatic casing drain valves
• Must be experienced in the use of personal computers and business software particularly scheduling software
• Ability to read and implement structural diagrams, schematics, mechanical drawings, and process diagrams
• Must have project management skills and team leadership skills to direct diverse work groups, including AES and contractors
• Must have above average oral and written communication skills
• familiarity with construction methodology – from mobilization through construction, commissioning and hand over
• Ability to productively work independently and as an overall integral construction team member

(1) Control and Instrumentation Construction Supervisor

• Male/Female

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor – Light current/Electronic Engineering with at least 8 years related experience or a related diploma with at least 15 years’ experience in coal fired Power Plant control and instrumentation construction
• Must have experience in power plant control and instrumentation construction
• Must be experienced in the use of personal computers and business software particularly scheduling software
• Ability to read and implement structural diagrams, schematics, mechanical drawings, and process diagrams
• Must have project management skills and team leadership skills to direct diverse work groups, including AES and contractors
• Must have above average oral and written communication skills
• Experience working with a Chinese contractor is an added advantage

(1) Electrical Construction Supervisor

• Bachelor – Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years related experience or a related diploma with at least 15 years’ experience in coal fired Power Plant electrical construction
• Must have experience in power plant electrical construction

• Must have experience in power plant civil construction
• Must be experienced in the use of personal computers and business software particularly scheduling software
• Ability to read and implement structural diagrams, schematics, mechanical drawings, and process diagrams
• Must have project management skills and team leadership skills to direct diverse work groups, including AES and contractors
• Must have above average oral and written communication skills

• Male/Female

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's in Science – Electronic or Electrical low current degree plus a minimum of 10 years' experience in power plant control system or a related diploma with at least 20 years’ experience in C&I construction of super critical coal fired Power Plant
• Working knowledge and understanding of the following areas; 
  • The Distributed Control System (DCS)
  • HMI equipment
  • Database, Communication Networks, GPS and DCS Architecture
  • UPS systems 
  • Operator interfaces
  • Engineering workstations
  • Historians and servers
  • Field instrumentation, cabling and impulse tubing
• Must be experienced in the use of personal computers and business software particularly scheduling software
• Ability to read and implement structural diagrams, schematics, mechanical drawings, and process diagrams
• Must have project management skills and team leadership skills to direct diverse work groups, including AES and contractors
• Must have above average oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with construction methodology – from mobilization through construction, commissioning and hand over

(1) Power Plant Electrical Construction Superintendent

• Male/Female

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor – Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years related experience or a related diploma with at least 20 years’ experience in electrical construction of super critical coal fired Power Plant
• Working knowledge and understanding of the following plant; 
  • The Facility Electrical Transmission Systems, including the Electrical Interconnection, SCADA systems, Automatic Generation Control (AGC) Equipment, and RTU Equipment and Controls
  • The 500KV Indoor GIS Switching Station, the 230KV S/S High Voltage Interconnection to 230KV Substation, and all associated equipment and components
  • All facility 13.8KV auxiliary switchgear, 6.3KV auxiliary switchgear, the UPS equipment with its essential panel-board, and DC switchboards
  • Electrical protective relay panels and the "grid" metering and tele-metering equipment
  • The 480-volt unit substations, distribution transformers, power/lighting panel-boards, and terminal cabinets
  • The local controls and monitoring equipment associated with the steam turbine generator and excitation system
  • High-voltage cables and equipment including the high-potential tests and other quality assurance tests
  • Review and comply with the load study report. the load study shall verify that a minimum of 10% spare switchgear bus capacity is available
• Must be experienced in the use of personal computers and business software particularly scheduling software
• Ability to read and implement structural diagrams, schematics, mechanical drawings, and process diagrams

  • Boiler Air and Gas System
  • Air Pre-Heating System
  • Boiler Sootblowing System
  • The Baghouse
  • TheFlue Gas Desulfurization Plant
• Must be experienced in the use of personal computers and business software particularly scheduling software
• Ability to read and implement structural diagrams, schematics, mechanical drawings, and process diagrams
• Must have project management skills and team leadership skills to direct diverse work groups, including AES and contractors
