Duties and Functions:

Responsible for the search of potential suppliers and conducts the bidding process in accordance with company policies
Conducts the initial review and evaluation of the bids and prepares the recommendation for award
Facilitates the process of review and approval of PRS, bid recommendations and POS
Coordinates with requestors, suppliers, legal, accounting and other stakeholders to ensure completion of the process
Monitors the progress and status of procurements, deliveries and payments to suppliers
Ensures compliance with company policies, procurement guidelines and good business practice
Look out for any irregularities or unfair practice in any part of the procurement process
Regular filing, organizing and archiving of documents
Other tasks of the department as may be instructed

(1) Environmental Officer

Duties and Functions:

Assist in the formulation and implementation of various environmental programs like; waste management system, energy and water conservation efforts, etc.
Prepare and submit all required environmental reports to concerned government agencies and/or internal group accurately and on time
Monitors the plant’s compliance with external regulations/standards and internal environmental policies or management system
Plan and recommend improvement programs and projects for environment applying the latest available technology
Ensure that the conditions set in environmental compliance certificate (ECC), environmental impact statement (EIS), and environmental management plan (EMP) are being implemented properly
Conduct regular environmental monitoring, evaluate, and recommend corrective action to ensure that the plant’s equipment, laboratories, facilities, and processes comply with the set environmental standards
Oversee the collection, storage, transportation, and treatment of hazardous wastes generated to ensure the safe and environment friendly disposal

(1) Document Controller

Male/Female
College level, preferably IT or Data Management degree
High school or with experience are welcome to apply
With 2 to 3 years work experience
With good oral and written communication skills
With strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
With ability to prioritize, manage time well, multi-task and troubleshoot
With document and data control experience
Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office
Preferably with experience in document control software, process MAP software, FTP clients, ISO, SHAREPOINT and FILENET
Experience using a scanner is also important

Duties and Functions:

Document Management
Implementing effective document storage & archiving systems
Managing data flow, status & history of documents and archives
Developing project management plans and distribution matrices, presentation material to communicate documentation plans & procedures
Automation of document issue, and alignment within projects requirements
Retrieval and archiving of current & historic data
Managing database hand-over at critical stage gates
Creating a paperless / reduced paper environment
Managing interfaces between projects and creating interventions to improve coordination
Managing the project management website & project management community portal
Implementing fully functional document management systems within project offices located internationally
Creating awareness of system effectiveness and implementing continuous improvement system
Management of it related issues with document management software. Continuous upgrade and software improvement management.
Installation of document management systems into external participants; training and roll-out of hardware & software.
Collaborates with and instructs administrative support staff and document controllers
Creates instructions for authorization of destruction - hardcopy and electronic
Creates instructions to transfer hardcopy records to their appropriate records repositories

Other duties and responsibilities

Validates strategic proposals with lead document controller and QMS, doc control & reports manager
Ongoing interaction with it and departments
Assists other staff as needed
Participates in audits and assessments
