(1) Training Head

Duties and Functions:

Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
In charge of training staff, or need to motivate and train large group of employees
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills, need to speak/present to groups of employees
Speak interpersonally with individuals
Report to management

(1) HR Staff

Duties and Functions:

Prepare memoranda and release approved memoranda on disciplinary action for the concerned employees
Maintain records of documents re: disciplinary actions
Prepares other HR forms needed from time to time (advise of personnel action, performance evaluation of probationary employees, contract etc.)
Act as the management’s coordinator to its employees with regards to the company’s rules, regulations and policies
Conduct employee orientation

(3) Production Supervisor

Duties and Functions:

Conduct daily toolbox meeting with team leaders, line leaders and technicians to ensure proper execution of production plan focusing on quality and daily target
Ensure that the production department follow the approved production process
Ensure that the approved machine layout is being implemented
Coordinate with china office the status of materials, orders, import and export
Issuance of disciplinary action and other memos for production employees
Ensure the quality on-time delivery of orders
Coordinate with health and safety department in implementing safety procedures in the production area
Recommend the approval of the employees' absence, under time, official business and back to work

(1) Shipping Staff

Duties and Functions:

Counter check confirmation invoice, packing list and bill of lading as to its quantity, prices, packaging, invoice number and date of all importation
Prepare items’ description and material code
Coordinate with the company’s broker on the importation details and expected time of departure and arrival of shipment
Upload HS codes to ETAPS
Coordinate and apply request form for examination from EAD-AFAB and custom AFAB

(1) Merchandising Staff

Duties and Functions:

Review received order from the client
Coordinate with department involved to gather the data needed to prepare production plan E.G. IE time, number of employees and number of working days
Coordinate with the sample room and the preparation of confirm sample prior to production
Prepare the production plan to be implemented
Monitor implementation of production plan
Coordinate with the client any possible delays or concerns as to the delivery of order

(1) Industrialization and Continuous Improvement Manager

Duties and Functions:

Develop training materials and effectively deliver those materials in a team environment to ensure employees throughout the facilities are trained in ci concepts and philosophy.
Establish appropriate measurement systems to identify opportunities and quantify implemented improvements.
Manage and take a lead role in promoting and improving quality processes, expectations and results.
Resolve implementation issues/ create and manage implementation and communication process.

(1) Local Trainer

Duties and Functions:
