• College graduate, BS in any Engineering Discipline, quantity surveying or similar diploma 
  
• With more than 5 years work experience in construction or power plant industry EPC contracts 
  
• Understanding of critical path method (CPM) in scheduling and earned value management (EVM) in progress measurements 
  
• With knowledge in MS project and primavera P6 
  
• Ability to communicate well-both oral and written 
  
• Must have analytical and problem solving skills 
  
• Honest and hardworking 
  
• Willing to relocate in Alas-asin, Mariveles, Bataan
  

Duties and Functions: 

• Accountable for the control and supervision, monitoring and guidance of day-to-day activities of the planning team 
  
• Develop and implement site performance monitoring and measurement, scheduling and progress control procedure 
  
• Monitor project performance and progress of the work by doing detailed review of the cost and schedule, specifically the construction and commissioning activities of the project
  
• Perform analysis of the critical paths, to assess logic and to assess available float to identify schedule risk that can be mitigated as the project progresses 
  
• Identify project schedule variance and recommends associated corrective actions
  
• Assess activities, duration, sequences/logic and milestone to highlight potential problem areas before they become critical to the project 
  
• Analyzed critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around 
  
• Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identifies developing problem areas 
  
• Conduct analysis to determine alternative course of action or recovery on slipped schedules 
  
• Recommend work around plans, such as workplace acceleration, extended work week or multiple shift to keep the project on track 
  
• To carry out planning team competency assessment and development
