(2) Safety Supervisor
  • Male/Female
  • 18 years old and above
  • With more than 5 years work experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk and hazard identification and assessment
  • Conduct inspection on site and corrective action
  • Organize all kind of safety meeting such as TBT, JSA
  • Evaluate the legislation compliance for HSE rules
  • Conduct special inspection, such as, electricity WAH, hot work, PPE etc.
  • Approved PTW and check MS
  • Stimulate and spread safety culture
  • Slogan/signage management
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE report
  • Prepare HSE data statistic
  • With Bosh and NEBOSH certificate
 
(2) Construction Elevator Operator
  • Male/Female
  • 18 years old and above
  • With 3 to 4 years work experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must have a NC-II certification
  • Have a strong personality, solving problems
  • Willing to be assigned at Alas-asin, Mariveles, Bataan
  • Salary negotiable upon interview
  • Operates elevator to transport passengers between floors of office building, pushes buttons or moves lever to control movement of elevator on signal or instructions from passengers or others
  • Opens and closes safety gate and door of elevator at each floor where stop is made
  • Supplies information to passengers, such as location of offices, merchandise, and individuals
  • May be designated according to location of elevator operated as front-elevator operator
 
(2) Construction Gantry Operator
  • Male/Female
  • 18 years old and above
  • With 3 to 4 years work experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must have a NC-II certification
  • Have a strong personality, solving problems
  • Willing to be assigned at Alas-asin, Mariveles, Bataan
  • Salary negotiable upon interview
  • To control machines and processes - using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes
  • Inspecting equipment, structures, or material - inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
  • Must know how to make decisions and solve problems - analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
  • Identifying objects, actions, and events - identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events
  • Repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment - servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical (not electronic) principles
  • Estimating the quantifiable characteristics of products, events, or information - estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity
  • Guiding, directing, and motivating subordinates - providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance

(1) Civil Engineer
  • Male/Female
  • 18 years old and above
  • College graduate
  • Candidate must possess at least professional license in civil engineering equivalent
  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in related field is required, preferably assistant manager/manager specialized in engineering –civil/construction/structural or equivalent
  • Required skills - technical competence, excellent in communication skills and teamwork, attention to details, ability to oversee large project, knowledgeable in computer-Aided Designed (CAD) packages for design and development problems, manage, supervise and visit contractors on site and to advise on civil engineering issues
  • Salary-negotiable upon interview

(2) Crane Operator
  • Male/Female
  • 18 years old and above
  • Vocational course
  • Candidate must possess any of the following: vocational diploma/ short course certificate, bachelors/ college degree in engineering (civil/electrical/electronic/ mechanical/mechatronic/electromechanical) or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required, preferably with 3-8 years’ experience employees specializing in engineering- mechanical/automotive or equivalent
  • Salary negotiable upon interview
